Standard label sizes
Our labelling factory has a host of different sizes and shapes for all sorts of requirements. This page details the standard, common sizes. You can use any of these when designing a new barcode system to ensure that labels are easy to buy.
Please enquire about any existing sizes that you use. The sizes below are common sizes -not all of the sizes that we carry.
We are prepared to discuss special label sizes or specific requirements and new DIES only take a short while to manufacture.

Standard Ribbons and Sizes
Ribbons can be slit to any width but common widths ar 55mm, 60mm, 76mm, 104mm, 110mm.
Typically ribbons are sized in length to fit into specific printer ranges.
The Zebra Desktop printers take a ribbon that is 70 or 74mm long with a small 13mm Core.
The usual desktop industrial printers such as the Zebra Zt220 and S4M take a 360M ribbon - the Core size is usually 25mm.
Some higher end printers such as the industrial Zebra XiIII range and the Intermec PM4i range take 450M long ribbons, also on a 25mm core.
Divide the length of the label and its gap into the length of the ribbon to establish the number of labels that you can print with a single ribbon.
